Long, strong and good hairs with yoga, this are the dream of every lady in the world, not only women but also men are very fond of healthy, smooth, silky hair. Beautiful and head full hairs make you look smart and wonderful, that’s the reason everyone aspires and desire to have healthy and good hair. Good hair boost up your confident and make you feel great.

When we see anyone with a long, smooth, silky,and healthy hair, don’t we wish the same hair for us? So stop just thinking about healthy hair because you can get the same long hair for yourself too.

In our society beautiful hair plays a very important and significant role in our life. A healthy and full head of hair denote the feelings of  manliness, youthfulness, ,dashing, confident and healthy.

Reason of Hair-Fall.

In this polluted and modern world, people are finding it difficult to maintain their hair. Many working women finds its really hard and difficult to maintain and manage long hair as a result they cut off their hair and make it short for easy manageable but that’s not the solution. You lose your hair because of Tension  & stress, bad eating habits, pollution.

Too much work, illness , Poor intake of balance diet , excess exposure to the sun, Perming , Amateur bleaching, frequent use of tints, rinses or hair colourants, Unclean condition of the scalp, poor blood circulation in the body,Heredity factors, Ageing, Hormonal Imbalance, Nervous disorder, toxic substances etc which affect your hair adversely.

According to research and personnel experience the most common reason for hair loss in today  environment is the excess intake of tension, worries, stress and bad or faulty  eating habits. Its easy to say that one should stop taking stress but that not really possible because now and then we are surrounded by many  tension in our life,willingly or unwillingly.

But at the same time you have to  find out ways to reduce stress and lastly one should increase the intake of nutritious food which contains vitamins specially vitamin B6 and folic acid and protein. One of the best ways to reduce stress for me has been regular yoga and pranayama.You can get the feeling  of inner calmness only through Yoga.

Remedy of Hair-fall with YOGA for healthy hairs.

There are many precaution that we can take to stop hair fall at home level like comb your hair at least 3 or 4 time in a day because combing helps you to circulate the natural oils in your hair.

Before washing your hair make sure to comb your hair so that there are no more tangle in your hair,  use your  hair drier in your hair for a limited time period because more than a limit is always disadvantageous as it sneaks the softness of the hair and make your hair ruff and damage,

Use pillow made of silk because silk pillow protect hairs from damage and fall, on an alternary you may use silk scarf instead of silk pillow earlier going to bed  as it will keep your hair safe and prevent hair fall , sleeping  with a pony tail is not at all good for hair because it damage hair,  going to bed for sleep keeping hair open or unweaved is not good, make sure that you should sleep with interweaving /weaving hair at night.

Beside home remedy for hair fall, there are asanas and different posture in yoga that might help you to have a desirable hair you always wanted to have. Though theses asanas are tough enough to do but if you have a firm determination to have a mind blowing hair then you have to follow it:
